Rami replaced Alma's monthly investor update slide deck with a live web page that pulls metrics from six sources (RevenueCat, Supabase, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, App Store Connect, Google Ads), combines them with a structured 13-question interview, and renders as an animated React page. Total time per update: about 30 minutes.
